Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, Michigan. You will decide what, when and where to supply for multiple production sites, balancing supply and demand to optimize availability, asset use, and efficiencies.

The role requires SAP or OMP OPR experience and strong collaboration across functions. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet business requirements.
• Determine and apply effective regional/global sourcing rules.
• Implement external manufacturing agreements or execute existing ones.
• Own and operate site or regional planning models.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, or environmental operations at location.
• Monitor inventory and ensure volumes meet the plan.
• Identify and address supply issues and capacity constraints.
• Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, and partners.
• Maintain production parameters and master data for planning.
