Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist in Midland, MI to plan and optimize site and regional supply. You will balance supply and demand, manage schedules, and coordinate across manufacturing and logistics to meet service targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or military equivalent) and 2+ years of experience, with SAP/OPM experience and APICS certification preferred. US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate time-phased supply schedules to meet demand and inventory targets.
• Define regional/global sourcing rules and manage external manufacturing agreements.
• Own site/planning models and ensure accurate master data.
• Coordinate internal demand, utilities, and environmental operations at the site.
• Monitor inventory levels and address supply issues with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with CS, manufacturing, logistics, and partners during unplanned events.
