Job summary

Voyant Photonics is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on the global supply chain for LiDAR and OCS products. You will own end-to-end supply chain projects, coordinate wafer foundries, packaging, and test partners across North America, Asia and Europe, ensuring on-time, cost-competitive delivery.

As an early member of a growing startup, you’ll set strategy and perform day-to-day procurement, PO placement, supplier negotiations, and capacity planning, partnering with engineering,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, operations or project management for hardware products.
• 5+ years scaling hardware to volume production with global suppliers.
• Direct experience with wafer foundries, OSATs and contract manufacturers; photonics or semiconductors preferred.
• Global supplier management across multiple regions, including Asia.
• Strong planning, analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain projects for LiDAR and OCS, from sourcing to volume production.
• Lead procurement, logistics, shipments, and receiving; manage RFQs and supplier scorecards.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality and finance to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Drive NPI-to-volume transfers, line qualification and yield ramps.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks with dual-sourcing and contingency plans.
• Monitor KPI like on-time delivery, lead time and inventory turns.
