Job summary

Voyant Photonics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to build and run the global supply chain for LiDAR and OCS products. You will own programs from prototype sourcing through high-volume manufacturing, coordinating wafer foundries, OSAT/packaging, contract manufacturers and component suppliers across North America, Asia and Europe.

You will work with engineering, operations, procurement, quality, finance and customers to ensure product delivery on time, at target cost and at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in technical program management, supply chain or hardware operations.
• 5+ years scaling complex hardware to volume production with global suppliers.
• Experience with wafer foundries, OSATs and contract manufacturers in photonics/semiconductors.
• Global supplier management across multiple regions, including Asia.
• Strong demand and capacity planning, S&OP and ERP/MRP skills.
• Mastery of schedule, budget and risk management for cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain programs for LiDAR and OCS, including sourcing strategy, capacity, and cost targets.
• Manage relationships with foundries, OSATs, contract manufacturers and key suppliers; run TBRs and scorecards; support procurement negotiations.
• Translate forecasts into wafer starts, assembly/test capacity, and inventory plans for diverse markets.
• Drive manufacturing transfers and line qualification through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; build dual-sourcing and contingency plans.
• Own BOM cost roadmaps and landed cost tracking against targets.
• Coordinate supplier quality and change control with QA; manage PCNs and SCARs.
• Oversee logistics, Incoterms, customs and export controls for both product lines.
• Define KPIs and report on-time delivery, lead time, inventory turns, and costs.
• Provide clear status updates to executives and cross-functional teams.
