Job summary

Aeva, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Management to lead the strategic sourcing and commercial management of all hardware commodities supporting our LiDAR platforms.

This leader will own end-to-end supply strategy across Electronics, Mechanical components, and silicon photonics, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Program Management. The role drives cost leadership, supplier diversification, and resilience as Aeva scales into automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or global supply management experience.
• Experience sourcing complex hardware in one or more: Silicon Photonics, Optics, Lasers, Semiconductors.
• Proven experience leading complex global sourcing initiatives from concept through production.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with multi-million-dollar global supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for current products and technology roadmaps, leading supplier selection through RFIs, RFQs, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Lead supply chain contract negotiations for MSAs, LTSAs, SOWs, pricing, tooling, capacity, and CMAs.
• Manage product cost targets from development through SOP and lifecycle production.
• Oversee supply chain resilience with dual sourcing, geographic diversification, and risk mitigation.
• Provide supplier relationship management through periodic business reviews and performance management.
