Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or global supply management within high-technology manufacturing
• Experience sourcing complex hardware including silicon photonics, optics, lasers, semiconductors, electronics
• Proven ability leading global sourcing initiatives from concept through production
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with multi-million-dollar global supply agreements
• Deep understanding of manufacturing costs, supplier economics, and TCO

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for current products and future roadmaps
• Lead supplier selection through RFIs, RFQs, evaluations, and negotiations
• Negotiate MSAs, LTSAs, SOWs, pricing and other commercial terms
• Manage product cost targets from development through SOP and lifecycle
• Implement risk management with dual sourcing, diversification, and supplier risk assessment
