Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a similar role or industry.
• Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Understanding of how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and unit profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to handle all quality excursions independently and take timely actions.
• Oversee product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop and maintain the quality control plan for materials, processes and products.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customers, Celestica and suppliers.
• Lead audits and improvement actions following ISO, safety, and IPC standards.
• Manage ECO/Engineering Change and SPCN to ensure timely changes.
• Coach junior quality staff to enhance quality knowledge.
