Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality programs and lead audits across the supply base. The role focuses on root cause analysis, CAPA, and COPQ reduction while coordinating with Design Engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment, and Supply Chain to enable smooth NPI and mass production.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and experience with SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean as applied to supplier quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• 4–5+ years of supplier quality or quality assurance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment with audit experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, CFR, IATF quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Track supplier KPIs, defect rates, and delivery quality metrics.
• Plan, lead, and conduct on-site or remote audits to evaluate supplier quality systems.
• Drive root cause analysis and manage SCARs and CAPA with suppliers.
• Establish KPIs and pursue COPQ reduction, monitoring cost recovery and repeat-failure reductions.
• Apply Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and SPC across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal design, process engineering, and supply chain teams for NPI readiness.
