Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Sr. Global Supplier Quality Engineer in Maple Grove, MN to lead quality planning, corrective actions, and continual improvement across the supplier base.

You will oversee quality from NPI to mass production, drive audits, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality products. The role requires strong knowledge of ISO/IPC standards, quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC), data-driven reporting, and leadership of QA initiatives across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC) and ISO/IPC standards.
• Proficient with data collection and reporting tools to drive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of product and manufacturing processes and their impact on quality and delivery.
• Ability to communicate with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with continuous improvement and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality excursions and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Oversee quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop and maintain quality plans for materials, processes, and products.
• Monitor quality KPIs for internal and external customers.
• Drive supplier and process audits and follow-up improvements.
• Lead EC/SCN change implementation to ensure timely updates.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to quality strategy deployment.
