Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs / Projects delivering results.
• Experience creating end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team for Global End-to-End Programs in IMSC.
• Set vision and strategic value aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee portfolio execution, dashboards, and post-implementation ownership.
• Escalation point for cross-functional barriers and major decisions.
• Manage portfolio interdependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Build cross-functional partnerships for robust business cases.
• Ensure resources and investments are in the strategic plan.
• Provide data, metrics, and analytics aligned with PMO processes.
