Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• MBA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 12+ years leading a portfolio of Programs / Projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team for Global Strategic Program Execution per the GSP Framework.
• Ensure delivery of complex end-to-end programs in IMSC.
• Set vision and strategic value; align with business objectives and resources.
• Oversee portfolio execution, dashboards, and post-implementation ownership.
• Escalate cross-functional barriers and influence senior leaders.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and milestones with realistic plans.
• Build cross-functional partnerships for robust business case development.
• Secure sponsorship and funding; manage portfolio spend and headcount.
• Ensure GSP resources are included in the business and financial plans.
• Deliver robust data and analytics tied to IM Portfolio processes.
