Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director for IMSC Global Strategic Deployment to own and scale Global Strategic Programs. Based in the United States (Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Horsham, PA) or other listed locations, you will lead a diverse, global team and drive end-to-end program delivery with executive visibility.

You will set strategic direction, govern portfolio execution, and partner across functions to secure funding and resources.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs/Projects delivering results.
• Experience in end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
• Proven ability to influence, tradeoffs, decision making and collaboration across functions and at the executive level.
• People leadership experience and global mobilization of teams in complex environments.
• Experience in shaping and operationalizing strategy across critical E2E Supply Chain and business variables.
• Strong change-management leadership for sustained benefits.
• Prior program management experience.
