You will balance supplier selection with cost analysis and collaborate across product development and sales to meet contractor standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of supply chain/sourcing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%, including some weekends.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set, communicate and hold suppliers accountable to quality, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy and pricing.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and propose sourcing strategies.
• Partner with product development to ensure supplier quality before shipment.
• Collaborate with sales, forecasting and marketing to align supply with demand.
• Work with Buyers to reflect supplier agreements in purchasing.
• Visit suppliers regularly to provide performance feedback via vendor scorecards.
• Other duties as assigned.
