Job summary

The role requires a strategic leader with 8+ years in semiconductor supply, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Onsite in Bastrop, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in global supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or commodity management focusing on semiconductors, memory, storage, or datacenter infrastructure.
• Alternatively 12+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Define commodity strategy and multi-year roadmaps with vendor lists.
• Forecast and allocate across SpaceXAI companies to balance supply for all programs.
• Own global sourcing including supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management.
• Negotiate high-value agreements focused on pricing, volume, and allocation.
• Align internal roadmaps with vendors and plan capacity and technology development.
• Monitor supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive cost reduction through should-cost analysis and long-term agreements.
• Build strong supplier relationships through reviews and joint projects.
• Track KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, and resilience.
