Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management or compliance roles.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience in compliance.
• Experience with sanctions and adverse-media screening tools.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Ability to present clearly to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and monitoring of global disbursement partners.
• Execute the Country Risk Assessment Framework.
• Manage the Partner Oversight team and improve processes.
• Run due diligence and sanctions screening operations.
• Report exposures to senior leadership.
