Job summary

Evergen, headquartered in Alachua, FL, seeks a Total Rewards Leader (Senior Manager/Director) to shape compensation and benefits, own HRIS, and lead post-acquisition integration. Hybrid/remote options with quarterly travel to company sites are available.

The role requires 10+ years in HR with leadership, and a track record of improving rewards programs.Excellent communication, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in human resources with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven ability to translate ideas into measurable improvements in rewards programs or HR operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to drive change through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to modernize total rewards and HRIS through technology and analytics.
• Oversee compensation structures, benchmarking, and salary reviews in partnership with HR and finance; manage incentive programs.
• Oversee benefits administration, wellness initiatives, and leave programs balancing cost and employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with laws across geographies and coordinate HRIS integration during mergers and acquisitions.
• Own HRIS administration and optimization; liaison with IT and vendors.
• Lead HR analytics to inform workforce decisions and reporting on key metrics.
• Mentor and develop a team of HR professionals to align with organizational goals.
• Partner with finance, legal, and other stakeholders to integrate HR operations.
