Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive the launch and worldwide rollout of a new external-facing product portfolio within the Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce (WWRR) team.

You will move multiple launches from pilot to GA to global scale, coordinating with product, engineering, BD and operations in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee concurrent launch workstreams, ensure readiness gates, and monitor KPIs during rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Drive launches from ready-to-launch through worldwide rollout for external-facing returns capabilities.
• Own launch readiness, quality gates, and post-launch KPIs; coordinate UAT, instrumentation, and go/no-go criteria.
• Deliver merchant and partner integrations at volume; manage onboarding and API integration experiences.
• Run the launch pipeline across concurrent workstreams; prioritize launches and manage dependencies.
• Scale launches across WW marketplaces and improve throughput as volume grows.
