Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a results-driven program manager to optimize Returns & ReCommerce operations. You will partner with product, program, software and operations teams to improve processes and tooling, delivering impactful dashboards and metrics.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and scalability across multiple sites and teams within Amazon's WW R&R organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
