Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for the Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR) Finance team in Bellevue to build models, drive strategic reporting, and influence leaders across business units.

You will partner with business, tech, and finance teams to define roadmaps, communicate results to senior leadership, and help shape a scalable, cost-efficient finance product with a strong controllership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results and influence leaders.
• Use SQL and Excel to plan, forecast, budgets, and consolidations.
• Manage roadmap for product and prioritizes feature development based on impact.
• Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide data-driven guidance.
• Communicate data clearly to diverse audiences, adapting style as needed.
• Collect and analyze quantitative data to develop reports that drive cost reductions.
• Participate in hiring, development, and mentoring of peers and team members.
• Identify opportunities to resolve defects and scale finance tools across teams.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture and operations excellence.
