Job summary

Amazon WW Returns and Recommerce finance team seeks a self-driven Senior Finance Manager to set playbooks for measuring return program efficacy and drive cost-reduction initiatives across global returns operations.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, perform financial modeling, and deliver reporting that informs decision-making while building scalable processes and Cognos-based visibility. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• 5+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 10+ members experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Measure efficacy of programs designed to improve sellable yield and reduce cost.
• Partner with Customer Service (CS) to improve CS cost on returns.
• Own monthly governance on measuring Free-cash-flow (cost savings) program for Returns business.
• Build systems to improve accuracy of Cognos plans and loads; enable ASIN-level NCRC visibility.
• Automate capability for creating financial bridges and standard work templates.
• Communicate data clearly to varied audiences with concise narration.
• Hire and develop a high performing finance team and drive engagement.
• Contribute to the broader finance community within the company
