Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in a globally distributed organization. This role drives planning, execution, and delivery of complex, fully remote projects while mentoring teams and managing risks from a home office.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and PMP certification, with strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and advanced virtual collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management with remote focus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent; PMP mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects remotely using Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong virtual communication and collaboration skills with project management tool suites.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships remotely.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, fully remote projects.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and resource plans for distributed teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members in remote execution.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across global teams.
• Foster team cohesion and collaboration in a virtual environment.
• Report progress to senior leadership and ensure quality standards.
