Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs: end-to-end management, milestones, risks, success metrics.
• Establish global standards & governance for case-handling, severity, and policies.
• Drive continuous operational improvement using quality findings, post-mortems, and metrics.
• Enable communication, change, and adoption with executive updates and training.
• Manage commitments & corrective actions: ownership, due dates, tracking, blockers.
• Improve case-audit compliance, QA rubrics, calibration, and coaching follow-through.
