Job summary

Embassies and partners abroad. You will draft annual proposals and budgets, monitor contracts and expenditures, maintain project records, and prepare briefings and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in public administration, international affairs, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in project coordination, event or logistics management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with financial management information systems desirable.
• Foreign language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and deployment of expert advisors for projects.
• Draft annual project proposals and budgets.

• Prepare briefings and reports for internal and external distribution.
