Job summary

Nakupuna Solutions seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to support the Special Envoy for Best Future Generations by managing high-level diplomatic initiatives at the intersection of technology and international policy. You will coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships across U.S.

Qualifications

• Expertise in foreign affairs and international relationship management with senior officials.
• Experience managing multi-country initiatives and high-visibility programs.
• Ability to bridge gaps between government entities and private sector technology companies.
• Elite written and verbal skills for senior-level briefings and international audiences.
• Willingness to travel and support early morning/evening engagements to accommodate global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level coordination across U.S. government agencies (including the White House), foreign governments, and international organizations to execute global convenings
• Facilitate and manage public-private partnerships with technology companies to drive international adoption of educational innovation and child protection frameworks
• Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for senior-level diplomatic events and international summits (e.g., G7, G20, UNGA, and bilateral summits)
• Develop and maintain rigorous tracking systems for coalition member commitments, technology partnerships, and implementation milestones across multiple geographic regions
• Support travel and event execution for senior officials, maintaining comprehensive records of coordination activities and partnership agreements
• Monitor implementation of technology deployments to identify coordination bottlenecks and propose solutions to ensure seamless execution
• Coordination plans and stakeholder engagement matrices for bilateral and multi-stakeholder moments
• Comprehensive bi-weekly reports and tracking systems for international commitments and technology partnership milestones
• Agendas, participant lists, logistics plans, and after-action reports for major global convenings
• Meeting summaries, action item trackers (within 48 hours), decision memos, and coordination papers as requested
