Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Project Manager who will lead enterprise programs from initiation to delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across business and technology. This remote, full-time role includes up to 25% travel to Chicago and collaboration with senior stakeholders to manage priorities and risks.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of PM/PMO experience, preferably in CPG or retail. You will operate in a large, global, matrixed environment and contribute to change management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or program management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or related industries.
• Proven success managing cross-functional programs with business and technology teams.
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide programs from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive execution across cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Facilitate governance activities and executive status reporting.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and remove obstacles.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve escalations.
• Ensure alignment across global and regional teams.
• Support organizational change management and communications as needed.
