Job summary

Cricut seeks a Senior Global Product Manager in Utah to lead the development and launch of strategic consumer electronics products. Translate market and consumer insights into strategic product launches and drive end-to-end product plans with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• MBA highly preferred or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product marketing experience.
• Brand or product management experience required; must have experience developing upfront strategies for new innovation and executing on those strategies.
• Product management experience of consumer electronics desired.
• Strategic thinking - ability to develop solid product strategies in non-structured environments.
• Entrepreneurial spirit - able to work fast-paced in a startup-like setting.
• Experience deriving consumer insights from qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of new product innovation and renovation.
• Create full product business plans including concept, positioning, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Conduct industry and competitive analyses to drive strategic product decisions.
• Define consumer target, positioning, benefits and features.
• Develop product requirements and secure cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations across regions.
