Cricut is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to lead development across hardware engineering and manufacturing partners. You will coordinate with SW, Product Mgmt, and manufacturing to meet product requirements, timelines and budgets. The role involves frequent travel to Asia and in-office work four days a week.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 2+ years in related PM roles, and strong communication and analytical skills to drive programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management related to product development.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to utilize technologies and tools to manage projects and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical and programmatic focal point for development activities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Highlight issues early and lead actions to maintain schedule.
• Maintain Issues/Action Item database.
• Lead the team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain system-wide view to identify risks and notify management of impacts.
• Facilitate status meetings with domestic and international teams.
• Coordinate testing with engineers and quality department.
• Oversee supplier and contract manufacturing activities incl. travel to Asia (at least 4x/yr).
