Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to lead the development and launch of consumer electronics hardware products. You will translate market and consumer insights into strategic product launches, shaping the roadmap and cross‑functional execution with ID, engineering, and China teams.

You’ll own strategy, packaging, positioning, forecasting, and post‑launch performance while collaborating with marketing and channel partners to ensure successful market adoption.

Qualifications

• MBA strongly preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of new product innovation and renovation.
• Create full product business plans including concept, positioning, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Conduct industry and competitive analyses to inform product decisions.
• Define consumer target, positioning, benefits and features; develop product requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to launch products.
• Lead gate meetings and track milestones through launch and post‑launch.
