Job summary

GNC Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager Global Product Development to lead a team of project managers from ideation through commercialization. You will ensure product specs, scope and budgets align with marketing dates while driving cost efficiency across programs.

Lead collaboration with Brand, Product Design, Sourcing, Packaging, Quality, Legal and Manufacturing to meet product vision and financial targets. Mentor staff and optimize SOPs in a fast-paced, hybrid Pittsburgh environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product development or project management experience in consumer health packaged goods.
• Leadership roles with supervision of multiple projects and teams.
• Advanced degree served as a plus; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all product development projects from ideation to commercialization.
• Develop timelines, monitor milestones, and adjust plans to address risks and changes.
• Perform cost analyses and negotiate cost reductions with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Design, Sourcing, Packaging, Quality, Legal and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead weekly meetings, provide concise status updates, and drive SOP improvements.
