Job summary

H&H Group is seeking a Product Development Manager for human supplements, leading end-to-end technical development for North America and collaborating with our China market. You will steer formulation, feasibility, and regulatory alignment across cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers.

The role involves ensuring product quality, managing timelines, and enabling successful launches across markets, with travel to partners and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in dietary/nutritional supplement development or related manufacturing.
• Experience bringing products to multiple markets and successful launches.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin preferred.
• End-to-end NPD knowledge, quality/stability evaluation, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical product development for NA market, coordinating with China market.
• Act as technical lead for SWISSE and BIOSTIME projects; assess feasibility and regulatory implications.
• Collaborate with US contract manufacturers on formulations, protocols, and scale-up.
• Oversee tech transfer to additional manufacturers and ensure supply continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement in NPD processes and documentation.
