Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead global procurement activities within the Audio business segment. You will manage a team of buyers, drive supplier strategy, and ensure alignment with NPI and cost targets across mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical categories.

The role requires 5+ years in strategic procurement, experience negotiating with international suppliers, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years purchasing, strategic procurement and/or materials management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years sourcing experience in mechanical components, electronic and electro-mechanical components, contract manufacturing, loud speaker and various acoustic components, packaging and hardware along with some technical knowledge within a given spends category.
• Experience developing global supplier relationships and managing global supplier negotiations.
• Experience utilizing procurement software tools such as SAP Ariba is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Experience in leading a multicultural team and in project management, negotiation, managerial and leadership skills.
• Ability to act independently on a strategic and operative level; travel 10-15% internationally/domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement buyers and strategic sourcing processes within the group.
• Develop and execute supplier strategy, framework, and base optimization.
• Drive NPI and awarding management to meet cost targets.
• Drive team performance to achieve cost savings and cash flow targets.
• Optimize processes and implement digital procurement solutions for efficiency.
• Represent procurement for the assigned Business Segment within Audio.
• Set targets and deadlines; develop the team’s capabilities.
• Ensure supplier selection aligns with procurement strategy and BU priorities.
