Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive sourcing for international product development projects. You will own procurement strategies, influence Make-or-Buy decisions, and lead supplier selection and audits to ensure cost, lead time, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing in a multinational environment
• Strong exposure to electronics and suppliers
• Experience in project procurement or new product introduction is a strong plus
• Bachelor's/Master's degrees in engineering/business relevant to role

Responsibilities

• Own procurement for new product development projects and manage sourcing across multi-site, multi-country initiatives
• Shape product architecture early and contribute to Make-or-Buy decisions
• Lead sourcing execution end-to-end and onboard new suppliers
• Negotiate competitive agreements and manage cost, contracts, and commercial negotiations
• Ensure alignment between engineering requirements and market capabilities and drive cost, lead time, and quality targets
