Job summary

The role requires leading end-to-end sourcing, onboarding new suppliers, and driving strategic supplier qualifications in collaboration with global plants
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 5+ years of procurement/sourcing in multinational environment.
- Strong exposure to electronics, semiconductors, PCBA, and electronics components.
- Experience in project procurement or new product introduction is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement for new product development projects across multi-site, multi-country programs.
- Shape product architecture early and influence Make-or-Buy decisions.
- Bridge between R&D and suppliers.
- Lead sourcing execution end-to-end and onboard new suppliers.
- Lead qualification processes (including audits) and ensure readiness against milestones.
- Negotiate and secure competitive agreements for key components.
- Deliver project performance in cost, lead time, quality, and supply continuity.
- Drive industrialization and ramp-up with global plants.
- Act as a procurement leader within the project team.
