The position partners with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit to provide clear policy guidance and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and policy governance.
• Experience interpreting and applying accounting policies across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate guidance into plain language.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global accounting policies and SOPs.
• Analyze changes in accounting standards and translate into guidance.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit for audits and control reviews.
• Provide SME interpretation of accounting policies to business partners and finance teams.
• Support policy implementation through training materials and change management.
• Monitor adherence to policies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support governance decisions.
