Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with policy or technical accounting focus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Proven ability to develop, interpret, and implement policies.
• Able to communicate complex accounting concepts clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a global organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance of global accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement new standards.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Audit, and other Finance teams.
• Support internal and external audits with policy guidance.
• Coach and develop team members and drive process improvements.
• Provide training on accounting policies and procedures.
