Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Policy and Procedures, to strengthen financial governance by leading policy development and interpretation across the organization. Based in Raynham, MA, this role partners with Finance, Tax, Internal Audit and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 3-6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, policy, or internal controls in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and policy governance.
• Experience interpreting and applying accounting policies across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate guidance clearly.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of global accounting policies and SOPs.
• Analyze changes in accounting standards and translate into actionable guidance.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Compliance and Internal Audit to support audits and control reviews.
• Provide SME guidance on accounting policies to business partners and finance teams.
• Support implementation of new or revised policies through training and change management.
• Monitor adherence and identify opportunities for simplification.
