Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience designing and implementing FP&A technology solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, build, test, and deployment of standardized planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specs.
• Communicate risks and dependencies to program leadership and resolve issues.
• Drive global standardization and adoption of FP&A processes across regions.
• Develop test cases, scripts, and coordinate user acceptance with SMEs.
• Support ad hoc analytics projects and reporting needs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the SigniFi program.
• Summarize key data flows and system calculations for end users.
• Maintain FP&A process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with change management for global process adoption.
