Job summary

tml Partners is seeking a Senior Pitches and Proposals Manager to lead strategy and execution for high-stakes proposals and RFPs across the firm’s global practice groups. The role requires crafting compelling content and coordinating cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

You will advise senior partners, align messaging with win themes, and drive best-practice governance for proposal processes in a large corporate law environment. This position can be based in multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Extensive proposal and business development experience, ideally in a large corporate law firm or global services environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing and strategic messaging skills for client-centric narratives.
• Ability to advise senior leadership and manage partner expectations in a complex setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, process and execution for high-stakes proposals, RFPs and pitch materials from opportunity identification to submission.
• Write, edit and curate tailored content highlighting the firm’s capabilities across practice groups.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior partners, aligning win themes and messaging for pitches.
• Design and implement best-practice guidelines and procedures for proposal management to optimize win rates.
• Conduct post-pitch reviews to measure results and refine competitive strategies.
