Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ten+ years in business development in a large, multi-office law firm or professional services firm.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills; ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic pitch and proposal development from concept to delivery.
• Advise senior stakeholders and influence outcomes at the firm level.
• Navigate competing priorities and align cross‑functional teams.
• Own project strategy, planning and delivery with tight deadlines.
• Elevate messaging and narrative development to resonate with sophisticated buyers.
• Integrate pricing, analytics and firm capabilities into proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes, tools and content strategy.
• Manage the US Pitch team and develop team capability.
• Contribute to long‑term function strategy and cross‑sector initiatives.
