Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Global Payments team in the United States. You will manage senior stakeholders, drive revenue across your portfolio, and ensure deals align with contractual obligations.

This role requires US-domestic travel and a strong track record in FinTech or financial services. You will coordinate across Product, Legal, and Finance to deliver account plans, negotiate with clients, and push the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Account Manager/Relationship Manager in FinTech, ecommerce or financial services.
• Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with existing revenue and success meeting targets.
• Ability to understand and apply concepts to structure and solve customer problems, while identifying opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholders for your accounts and align on the relationship strategy.
• Sell the company's products and services to grow business across your portfolio.
• Ensure schedules and budgets are met according to contracts.
• Create and deliver account plans, reviewed quarterly with division leaders.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the globe to meet mutual objectives for customers.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals to meet client expectations and leverage product marketing support.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Worldpay products and articulate customer requirements to drive the roadmap.
• Focus on account retention with a growth mindset to explore new opportunities.
