Worldpay is seeking a Relationship Manager in Atlanta, GA to join our Global Payments team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will manage senior stakeholders, grow revenue across a portfolio, coordinate across product, legal and finance, and structure deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. US domestic travel is required. This full-time role offers opportunities to influence product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Account Manager / Relationship Manager in FinTech, ecommerce or financial services.
• Ability to understand and apply concepts to structure and solve customer problems, thinking big-picture to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for multiple time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholders and align on relationship strategy.
• Sell company products and services to grow the portfolio.
• Ensure schedules and budgets meet contractual agreements.
• Oversee account plans and report progress to division leads quarterly.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders globally to meet mutual objectives and deliver value.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals to meet client expectations and support product roadmap.
