Worldpay in the United States is seeking a Senior Client Relations Account Manager to join our Enterprise Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will manage relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with clients and Worldpay resources to ensure service is aligned with contracts and paperwork, while leveraging your banking or finance experience to resolve issues and retain key accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Broad knowledge of Worldpay products and related services.
• Aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
• Prior banking/finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention.
• Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and Worldpay resources.
• Coordinate with clients, relationship managers and other areas to ensure proper servicing and paperwork.
