Qualifications

• J.D. required and admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience supporting a global channel partner ecosystem across multiple routes to market.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with ability to explain complex legal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Omnissa's legal support for the global partner ecosystem across all routes to market.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex channel partner agreements and guide the team on best practices.
• Scale legal support by building playbooks, templates, and contracting processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Identify and lead initiatives to automate workflows and leverage AI-enabled tools in daily legal work.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and compliance to align legal strategy with business goals.
