Omnissa seeks an Employment and Litigation Counsel to guide the company through employment law and commercial litigation in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to People Experience and cross-functional partners, balancing strategic business goals with legal risk.

The role emphasizes creative problem-solving, prioritization, and clear guidance, including supporting LATAM matters and collaborating with external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of employment law and/or litigation experience, with two or more years in-house preferred.
• Proven experience supporting employment law matters and commercial litigation.
• Experience with LATAM employment laws or strong interest in LATAM matters.
• Creative, solutions-driven problem solver for a global software company.

Responsibilities

• Advising Americas PX professionals and business leaders on employment law matters.
• Supporting management of global commercial and IP litigation, pre-litigation disputes, subpoenas, and inquiries with external counsel.
• Reviewing Americas PX policies, guidelines, templates, and training materials.
• Utilizing AI to provide high-quality legal guidance to PX and stakeholders.
• Developing and delivering training on employment law and risk mitigation.
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents.
