Job summary
Omnissa seeks an Assistant General Counsel and Director, Global Partner Program to lead legal support for the global partner ecosystem across distribution, resale, and MSP channels. You will work closely with partner business and operations teams to align legal strategy with Omnissa’s objectives.
You will bring 15+ years of practice, a JD and U.S. bar admission, and a track record building channel programs.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of legal practice with global channel partner experience.
- Experience building channel partner programs and legal infrastructure.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; clear communication.
- Strong business judgment and risk mitigation for strategic goals.
- Leadership presence and ability to advise senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading a partner-lawyer team is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior legal advisor for Omnissa's worldwide channel programs.
- Own strategy to scale legal support for partner ecosystems and contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex partner agreements.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and compliance to align strategy.
- Provide practical risk-based guidance on partner matters and disputes.
