Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) in San Mateo, CA seeks a Senior Account Manager to own day-to-day partner relationships and deliver strategic objectives globally. The role reports to the Global Account Director and requires cross-functional collaboration across internal teams to support partners and drive revenue.

You will develop deep partner knowledge, identify opportunities, and communicate updates on business, platform, and policy changes while participating in budgeting and quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 10+ years in Sales, Account Management, Publisher/Studio Relations or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data experience.
• Experience in Video Gaming, Media, Entertainment, High-tech, or related verticals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day business for assigned partner studios, ensuring smooth operation and health of the partner.
• Develop knowledge of the partner's business, portfolio, and long-term vision.
• Identify business opportunities across partner portfolio and live services.
• Provide guidance as first contact for content pipeline and operational/technical issues.
• Communicate updates to partners on business, platform, and policy changes.
• Lead the Partner Relationship Development Program and align with studios.
