Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy and/or operations.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional executive communication; strong written, presentation design and storytelling.
• Strong analytics using data, dashboards and metrics; advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
• Track record of building or redesigning scalable, effective processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders, globally distributed teams.
• Solution-oriented builder mindset with curiosity and stretch challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs and projects for the GAM team through scoping, planning, delivery, measurement and improvement.
• Redesign core GAM programs to simpler, scalable solutions.
• Own executive engagements, title launch tracking, and adoption of PlayStation initiatives.
• Structure ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and build data-backed recommendations for senior leadership.
• Create polished, executive-ready presentations and updates.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to track performance, trends, and risks.
• Build dashboards and reporting standards for leadership visibility.
• Support GAM Rhythm of Business: planning, reviews, forecasting and annual cycles.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and other teams to align priorities and move partner initiatives forward.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams.
• Identify efficiency improvements, including practical AI/automation.
