Job summary

Rover, headquartered in Seattle, seeks a Paid Social Marketing Manager to lead US and international paid media across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You'll manage a full-funnel budget, drive direct response and brand awareness, and ensure cohesive brand experiences globally.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Downtown Seattle Office; candidates must be in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate. You will partner across Brand, Influencer, and PR teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing $5M+ paid social budgets across multiple platforms.
• Experience executing US and international campaigns including UK and EU.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus; equivalent experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Own new-customer and awareness goals for US, Canada, UK and EU markets.
• Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns in Meta/TikTok, etc.
• Own organic campaign boosting; align with Brand Social and creators.
• Maintain a shared campaign calendar aligned with influencer drops.
• Brief creative and run structured testing; rely on data to scale.
• Report CAC, ROAS, reach and engagement; provide leadership recommendations.
• Track platform changes and advise on usage rights and contracts.
• Collaborate with Brand, Influencer, and PR for consistent messaging.
• Run incrementality tests with Analytics; prove what drives new customers.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with paid social agency partners.
