Job summary

Rover.com in Seattle is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead paid and performance partnerships across US, Canada, UK, and EU. You will own the affiliate channel, drive creator programs, and manage agencies with Brand Social alignment, reporting to Growth Director.

The role requires 8+ years in influencer/affiliate marketing, multi-million budgets, and hands-on tools like Rakuten, Impact, CreatorIQ. Hybrid work, two days in the Seattle office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Experience managing combined budgets of $5M+.
• Experience across US and international regions (Canada, UK, EU).
• Direct experience selecting and managing influencer/affiliate agencies.
• Hands-on with affiliate networks and creator management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own new-customer goals for influencer and affiliate across US, Canada, UK, and EU.
• Set strategy for the affiliate channel; recruit and onboard partners; manage commissions and incentives.
• Protect the program from fraud and policy violations with audits.
• Own media amplification of top-performing creator content; plan campaigns across platforms.
• Partner with Brand Social on creator selection, contracts and usage rights.
• Build and manage a tiered influencer program with clear progression criteria.
• Ensure timely creator payments and compliant content with FTC rules.
• Report CAC, ROAS, eCPM, reach and engagement to leadership.
• Oversee testing roadmap with MMM and geo-uplift analyses to prove ROI.
