Job summary

Rover.com is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager, US and International, to drive paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You will manage a full-funnel budget, balance direct response with brand goals, and ensure a cohesive brand experience across markets including the US, Canada, UK, and EU.

This hybrid role requires you to work from the Downtown Seattle Office two days per week and may require relocation to the Greater Seattle Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's a plus.
• Ability to manage $5M+ paid social budgets.
• Experience across US and international regions (Canada, UK, EU).
• Strong collaboration with Brand, Influencer, and PR teams.

Responsibilities

• Own new-customer and awareness goals across US, Canada, UK, and emerging EU markets.
• Plan, build, and optimize paid social campaigns with budget pacing and testing.
• Coordinate organic campaigns with Brand Social teams and creators.
• Maintain a unified campaign calendar aligning influencer and brand drops.
• Provide data-driven insights with CAC, ROAS, reach, and engagement.
